Take a Shower

Probably one of the easiest DIY projects for all you crafty readers is a custom shower curtain. When getting ideas for Milly's condo refresh we visited a few stores that had inexpensive fabrics and even fabric scraps. We hit a gold mine at Old Time Pottery and fell in love with this Ikat inspired pattern with soft yellows and grays. The fabric was in the scrap pile and on sale for $4 a yard! You can't beat that. A little cutting, hemming and bam- a custom shower curtain for the guest bathroom.

If DIY is not your style, West Elm has a new series of shower curtains that are fresh for the Spring time and displayed in their latest catalog. The full spread photo caught my eye with neutral grays, greens and soft yellows.

For another do-it-yourself shower curtain check out one of my first posts, Shower Time.

Happy Friday!
